Visual tool to get to know Mimosas

As for Sabinas and Enebros, Real de La Quinta presents a visual and interactive tool for Mimosas with which clients can get to know the flats in a much more realistic way. 

Virtual tours, panoramic views, materials configurator... With this tool you will be able to get to know all the details of the exclusive luxury of our latest property development: Mimosas. 

Functionalities of the tool step by step 

The advance of new technologies has meant that you no longer have to imagine what the home of your dreams will be like, but you can now enter it. Walk through its corridors and look out over its terraces. Through this advanced tool, Real de La Quinta wants you to get to know Mimosas more closely. 

The tool consists of eight intuitive functionalities that allow you to access useful information before making a purchase decision, or to contact our team to receive information about those aspects that are of interest to you. To access them, simply click on each of the icons at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions below: 

• Availability: shows the available apartments in the project. The side arrows allow you to move from one phase to another in a 360º view. Unavailable properties are shown in red and available properties in green.
• Freewalk: offers three tours of the different flats: two penthouses with solarium, private pool and barbecue area; and one villa-garden with garden, private pool and leisure area. They can be accessed from the buttons 01 (villa garden with leisure area), 02 (penthouse with solarium), 03 (penthouse with solarium) in the ‘Availability’ section of the visual tool. By clicking on the arrows, you can see the different features of each flat and the characteristic element that differentiates them.
• Material configurator: allows you to change optional room materials such as door frames and flooring in the flat to customise the experience to your liking. It can be accessed via the 03 button in the ‘Availability’ section and includes a sidebar for quick scrolling through rooms and a menu for choosing materials.
• Gallery: offers interior and exterior images of the development and flats. Once inside this menu, use the side arrows to move from one image to another. You can also change images by clicking on the vertical circles on the right-hand side of the screen.
• Location: indicates the location of Mimosas on the map and various distance radii so that you know its exact location with respect to road connections and nearby towns.
• 360 RLQ: with this rotating map you can find out about the rest of the Real de La Quinta property developments and the main services of interest in the area around the urbanization. Simply click on any point on the screen, hold and drag in any direction to rotate the map. In addition, you can click on the marked points, in case the user wants to know more about the locations indicated.
• 360º Mimosas: a 3D map focusing on Phase 1 and soon, Phase 2 of the development. From the exterior overview it is possible to move on to a virtual tour of the interior of two of the flats. Click on the sign for flat 202 or 321 and follow the on-screen instructions to move around the interior of the property using the mouse.
• Comparator: shows the floor plans of all available properties to analyse their characteristics and compare them with each other.
• Send information: use this button to contact Real de La Quinta. We will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
• Video: the promotional video of Real de La Quinta takes an interior and exterior tour of the development, paying attention to the details of construction, design and decoration that make it a luxury development.
