Visual tool to get to know Enebros

For Real de La Quinta, it is very important for clients to experience their investment in the most real and close way possible. Therefore, after the good reception of Sabinas' interactive tool, we wanted to develop it also for Enebros. 

This tool will let you learn all the details of the Enebros luxury apartments in an interior and exterior tour of the development that shows other relevant aspects such as location, availability, and services of interest. 

Functionalities of the new visual tool, step-by-step 

The advancement of new technologies has meant that you no longer have to imagine what your dream home will be like, but you can now enter it. Walk through its corridors and look out onto its terraces. Real de La Quinta wants you to get to know Enebros more closely through this advanced tool. 

The tool consists of eight intuitive functionalities that allow you to access valuable data before making a purchase decision or contact our team to receive information about those aspects that interest you. To access them, click on each of the icons located at the bottom of the screen and follow the instructions below: 

• Availability: shows the available apartments of the project. The side arrows allow you to move from one phase to another in a 360º view. Unavailable properties are shown in red, and available properties are shown in green. You can see basic data about surface area, price and floor plans by clicking on them. 
• Freewalk: offers two tours of the different apartments: a penthouse with solarium and a ground-floor apartment with a garden and private pool. Get access from buttons 01 (penthouse with solarium) and 02 (ground-floor with garden and private pool) in the "Availability" section of the visual tool. By clicking on the arrows, you can appreciate the particularities of each apartment and the characteristic element that differentiates them.
• Materials configurator: allows you to change optional room materials, such as door frames and flooring in the apartment, to customise the experience. It can be accessed via the 03 button in the "Availability" section and includes a sidebar for quick scrolling through rooms and a menu for choosing optional materials.
• Gallery: offers interior and exterior images of the development and apartments. Once inside this menu, use the side arrows to move from one image to another. You can also change pictures by clicking on the vertical circles on the right side of the screen.
• Location: indicates the location of Enebros on the map and various distance radii so that you know its exact location concerning road connections and nearby towns.
• 360 RLQ: This rotating map shows the main services of interest in the urbanization's surroundings. Simply click on any point on the screen, hold, and drag in any direction to rotate the map.
• 360º Enebros: a 3D map centered on Phase 1 of the development, and Phase 2 will be also included soon. From the exterior overview it is possible to move on to a virtual tour of the interior of two of its apartments. Click on the sign for apartment 821 and follow the on-screen instructions to move through the interior of the property using the mouse.
• Comparator: displays the floor plans of all the available properties to analyze their characteristics and compare them with each other.

1. Select the properties you are interested in by clicking “Compare” in the upper right corner of each floor plan. 
2. Click on the icon of a circle with two rectangles inside in the upper right corner of the screen. The selected plans will be displayed on the same screen so that you can compare them. You can also filter by characteristics. 
3. Use the arrow button in the lower right corner of the screen to display the feature menu. 
4. Enter the data you are interested in (bedrooms, area and floor plan) and click on “Filter”. The tool will display the property that meets those characteristics.
