Sabinas Phase II Launch: Now on sale!
Phase II of our latest major project, Sabinas, is here. We are excited to announce that the exceptional new 2, 3 and 4-bedroom flats and penthouses are now on general sale. All of them, like those in Phase I, will enjoy a privileged position on the main hillside of the Real de La Quinta Residential Country Club Resort.
Sabinas is our fourth project, which we are launching with the new year, and is our most ambitious to date. It follows the success of Olivos, Quercus and Palmitos, offering flats and penthouses with unique panoramic views from La Concha Mountain.
Architecturally, Sabinas is inspired by the traditional rice terraces of Asia. A construction designed as a luxury development with 4 levels that correspond to the levels of the hillside on which it is located and to which it is subtly adapted. It is a careful blend of contemporary design and traditional materials that subtly blurs the limits between the construction and the nature in which it is sustained.
This is what Phase II of Sabinas looks like
Phase 2 will comprise 29 apartments distributed across 3 low rise buildings offering a combination of apartments - ground floors with gardens - and penthouses designed to offer the advantages of single storey living coupled with rooftop solariums to allow for sun filled living at its very best.
Close to all the proposed features of the La Quinta Residential Country Club Resort ®, Sabinas will dominate the skyline. Following our commitment to respect the natural contours of this special land, Sabinas is built in distinct terraces on a hillside elevated above the lake and golf course, enhancing the experience of integrating residents with this exceptional environment. In addition, the basic principles of sustainability, comfort and quality make Sabinas another benchmark of luxury living in Marbella.
