Future Villa Plots

Real de La Quinta is an ambitious project. Much of the infrastructure is already in place, and the earthworks for the Lake Club are well advanced. And, of course, everyone is familiar with Olivos and Quercus (if you are not, then you need to contact our Sales Department and arrange a tour!).

But there is so much more happening that we haven't been shouting quite so loud about. Among these developments is the work that has been in progress for the past few months preparing the first of the future villa plots.

These plots will have superb views across the lake, golf and across to the coast and they are carefully stepped on the hillside so as to ensure unobstructed views from the higher plots.

The retaining walls are ecological, a revolutionary approach which allows vegetation to grow directly on the walls, allowing them to blend into the scenery and simply become part of the landscape. This is all because of our commitment to Breeam certification and the close harmonious relationship we wish to achieve with the natural environment within which Real de La Quinta is flourishing.
