Benahavís Town Hall issues building licence

We are delighted to announce that the building licence for the first project in Real de La Quinta, Olivos, has now been officially granted by the Benahavís Town Hall. This is an important step in the development and allows us to commence construction.

This is an exciting moment for our entire team as we will now begin to see our vision begin to take shape after all the planning and we are looking forward to sharing the progress with our followers over the coming months as Olivos become the first Real de La Quinta homes built.
